WUHL : claypot rice

I think I never had calypot rice before in my life.
Usually claypot menu is the tofu menu, somekind like seafood tofu. That's one of my husband's favorite menu in chinese restaurant in Indonesia.

So, when my food expert colleague of mine taking me for lunching of claypot rice, me so happy to try!
The place is in the hawker center in 3rd floor, on market street. We had to beat the crowd if we still canted to caught table, that was why we already stood in line at 1140ish. The stall got quite fans, marked by the long queue.

Interesting look. The rice and vegetables and the meat in claypot, and cooked on it, and served with it.
Since it's my first time, I'd say the food is delicious. Scale 1 to 10, I can give 8 to it.
The rice is different than regular steam rice, some dried one is very crunchy. They somekind stuck to the edge of the bowl, and it was quite fun getting them off the bowl :-D
The black soy sauce pour on top of it making the taste also interesting.

What is also good is the flavour. The spice put in mixed with some meat and great taste of vegetables.
Because of the way they cooked, I thing that is why it was different. I like it.

My colleague ordered noodle. They also looked delicious. I tried the soup, it was very tasty!
